I appreciate the commentary and analysis. I know more than I've wanted to about the manosphere for a long time. You're the only person I know who's rightfully seen it's origins in the 2010s. Though I think it started a with pickup artists.
I was disappointed with the Men are Good substack. I was hoping he was going to be more like these guys are weird. Most men aren't into this. I think the lady in More Anxieties substack was onto something when she said it's so exhausting and having to prove your masculinity every minute.
I was talking with some guys and manhood came up. They said the usual things. I pointed out it's always being threatened of being taken away and it's about conquest.
Which is all pretty unpleasant but we all agreed that's not how we want to live as men.
I really don't have any patience for the manosphere or guys blaming women for their problems.
I enjoyed your analysis. The government in the US right now is led by whiny bullies who are throwing tantrums because people don't like or respect them for their vile behavior.
I can't deal with a bunch of aggrieved scared assholes who want to respected for being scared assholes. Whether that's always in the news.
